The following recipes are hosted on other sites, and are those which I have tried personally. Enjoy!

• Alton Brown: Mashers (Mashed Potatoes)
  A great recipe, but I always find that I need to about triple the amount of buttermilk which is recommended.
• Alton Brown: Parmesan Crisps
• Alton Brown: Peanut Butter Fudge
• Alton Brown: Pizza Pizzas
  I used barbeque chicken as a topping, and boy did it turn out good!
• Alton Brown: Stove Top Mac-n-Cheese
  This is a really rich and cream version of Mac-n-Cheese. Too rich to be an entree, but excellent as a side dish!
• Dave Lieberman: Baked Apples with Brown Sugar
  I cut my apples up into pieces before baking and sprinkle the rest of the ingredients (except for the custard) on top.
• Food Network Kitchens: Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry
  I made mine with chicken leg meat and substituted fresh sugar snap peas for about half of the (frozen) broccoli.
• Food Network Kitchens: Chicken Parmesan
  For cheese, I simply sprinkled the top of mine with some grated mozzarella which I already had on hand. The results were great, and the leftovers even better!
